Tarrant County Justice Of The Peace Court

Judge Kenneth Sanders is a very one sided judge! He is only for money and business not for the people. If you are not a business owner, or a home owner, HE IS NOT FOR YOU As stated in our case the landlords broke the law numerous times he completely disregarded tenant laws & rights. Even had documentation/ evidence that he just refused to look at. He was in such a hurry to get through the cases that he was missing key points in ours and others. I dont understand why there are laws & rights in place if judges like Kenneth Sanders are just going to completely disregard them. He is only in favor of the ones keeping his pockets full.

Judge Sanders is an exceptional Justice of the Peace. He listens fairly to both sides and explains his decision. I was very impressed with how he runs his court. We are very lucky to have him in Mansfield.

VOTE KENNITH SANDERS 2022 Matt Hayes did not listen to my side of the case. The home I was renting, the owner lived in California and was relocating back to texas and wanted his home back. The homeowner and property management company avoided paying $46k to me per the contract they (classic property management co) instead took my rent and evicted, thus putting me and my kids on the street, homeless. Hayes should be a cattle herder, he is not for the people he is for himself. VOTE KENNITH SANDERS 2022 !!!

Justice doesn't exist here, even when you bring extensive, BLATANT evidence substantiating your case. Go to a different precinct to file your court case.
