I had an issue with one of our computers and Scott jumped right on the problem. He texted me exactly what to do and within minutes my problem was resolved. I'm of an older generation and a lot of times when I try to get help from other companies regarding issues with my personal computer, it is very tedious and time consuming. Thanks Scott, you're the best!!!

The most impressive phone support I could have asked for. The task was to bring up and configure a Windows 10 workstation connected to a Microsoft 2016 Server with an end user that had never seen Windows 10 before. Scott removed her fear and led her through two optional setups. The user was so confident that she configured 4 more without any help.
I will use this group any time I or any of my customers really need this level of support. Rick in TX

I have a client for many years. Just had a situation where 3 computers would not restart after being shut down. This created a BIG issue for normal operations on Monday morning. One of the owners actually came to my office on a Sunday and after diagnosing the problem he was able to rig power supplies to get the computers up again. This service was way beyond the norm and very much appreciated. It literally saved me at least one lost day in the office and maybe more. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.
