        I rented a grout cleaner from Home Depot. They only had one of the wire brush attachments, I needed more of them to clean my floors. I googled the company and realized it was close. I went in, I told them what I needed and the guy came back with 6 of them and just gave them to me. This company is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. The best part of the experience, this steam machine has my floors looking new.

        We specialize in residential tile/grout cleaning since 2001. Our business relies heavily on the use of steam machines. We have dealt with several companies over the years but US STEAM is the best. Most recently we were in dire need of steamer internal parts for other than the products they sell. Well they found some interchangeable parts that we could use and saved the day. Special thanks to Rob and the Service Dept. for taking the time to assist us. These guys know their business and go out of their way to assist, shipping was same day. I would HIGHLY recommend US Steam to anyone regarding steam machines whether for commercial use or private use. THANKS AGAIN !!!!
