Mispah and Santosh are smart, kind and experts at what they do. They succeeded in answering our questions, outlining solutions, and went out of the way to assist us. They took time to listen and understand the issues. They know the tax rules and helped us to resolve. I told some of my friends, just stop doing it yourself unless you are personally an expert. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I have spent so much time and money with a previous CPA trying to resolve past filing issues for my business and received no help with those issues in the 9 months I was paying them. They would also never answer my emails. Same day contacting Mispa, I had a response! Next day i had a phone call with her to explain my issues. The next day she was on the phone with the IRS for 3 hours in the evening (7:30-10:30pm) trying to get things sorted out and texting me the whole time getting clarification from my end. Top notch service! By far! She did more for me in 48hrs than the other did in 9 months. I will never use anyone else! Above and beyond expectations, knowledge, professional, friendly, assuring, on top of every detail, the absolute best!
