        They have the slowest drive thru tellers. Something that takes isually 5 to 10minutes in others took more than 25 minutes. I should have never tried this branch. I will not be making that mistake again.

        Walked in, cash in hand, trying to make a deposit to a human being and nobody came to the door. The six piece chicken mc-nobodies inside were pointing in the direction of the drive-thru from behind the counter or were facing away from the doors. No wonder this branch is closing. Worse than awful customer service.

        Big fan of this Chase back. It's had the same manager & tellers for years. Whether opening a business or personal account, or taking care of transactions in the branch or at the drive thru, the service is always very good & friendly. Drive thru & vestibule ATM options available.

        If there was an option to not give any stars, I would. This place has the worst customer service and on top of that I have never heard of needing an ID to deposit cash into your account. My mom is disabled at home and I needed to deposit a large amount of cash and because Im not on her account, I couldnt deposit it. I have never heard of a bank not wanting cash.
