I paid for a banner in 2021, was hounded in 2022 to renew but I chose not to. The issue I have is I was told "You will be able to receive your banner back once the season is over" I reached out to them via email and phone and NEVER got my banner that I paid money to have at the school. They are quick to take your payment, but no follow up on getting your banner back that was paid for.

Update from previous review. This company has still neglected to reach out to me, even after this review and numorous attempts to contact them. I have filled a chargeback with my bank and reported fraud. I will also be connecting with the city of Mansfield to report their fraud activity. The icing on the cake is that they charged me again in Novemeber, after charging my in September. This is as bad as it gets. I usually think things like this happen in 3rd world countries, but, I guess it's in our backyard as well. -------------------------------- I am very concerned with this place and I hope management cares enough to look at these reviews. My company ran an advertisement with them last year as a brand recognition project. The processes was nothing stellar or disappointing. It went as expected. Fast forward eight months. I get charged again. I called the company twice already and was promised a call back. The first time because they were at lunch and the second because the right "person /people" weren't picking up. I'll be initiating a charge back at this point and will provide an update if I actually get reached back out to by these people. Very disappointing.

Top sports produces very high quality media guides and would definitely recommend this place for anybody needing guides made.
