Robert was very helpful and detailed about the information I needed to secure a loan. If he wasn't able to help me in a specific area, then he would refer me to resources that could. He kept me up to date on new products and trend as they became available.

- gave heads up for everything down the road - found solutions when we thought its over - kept his word - returned calls & emails quickly - coordinated with the realtor, CPA, the insurance agent, appraisal guy to make it work - got the best rates I would give him 7-stars if its an option!
