My husband and I have used this vehicle repair shop since they opened a few years ago. THEY ARE HONEST as well as proficient. They are friendly and keep you up to date during repairs. Did I say HONEST because they are HONEST!?! They have repaired problems in 3 of our vehicles with the care expected and without the 10 other add on. Our 2008 Ford Ranger, 2012 Honda and 2003 Kia are still road and family safe today. I am a very satisfied customer with this company. Thermostat replacement in. Ram Cummins 2019 Gen 5 Diesel. They did a good job. They took a day to diagnose, a day to repair and a day to test. I didnt plan on leaving my truck there for 3 days. The communication was poor, I had to call several times for updates. Good people and a good job all in all.

Came here when the engine went out in my daughter's van. Head gasket leak, so rather than try to fix the existing engine, we got a replacement engine from TXEngineWerx. They did a good job at a reasonable price, and they even followed up a couple weeks after the repair to ensure that all was going well (you don't find that kind of follow-up action too much anymore). This is my 3rd time to use this company. I took my RAM in yesterday for its 60k maintenance. Couldn't be happier. I stopped using the dealership in Tomball because they totaled a customers vehicle and didn't take ownership of it (plenty about that on the news and online). These guys have BETTER quality and value than a dealership in my mind. They are much more customer service oriented and actually care about the customer (not just another number in the waiting room). Katie at the front desk is AWESOME and the mechanic that worked on my truck (didn't catch his name) was the same. It took me 5 minutes of talking to him to identify one of those guys that are a genius in cover-alls. Let's face it these guys nowadays need to be a mechanic as well as a computer programmer. Very polite and his communication skills were excellent (to someone who is not mechanically inclined). May 2022: Went for AC repair before leaving for Orlando, FL on business. AC was not cooling when stopped at a light or when going slow. The lady who works the front called me with an estimate for an AC fan clutch replacement for $630. I asked her what did they check on the vehicle, she didn't know. I asked her what the AC pressure gauges reading was, she didn't know. She put me on hold to find out and she said the mechanic was "on a test drive". I told her I worked for Ford and Dodge in the service department and not to touch my vehicle and I'll spin the fan clutch by hand to check if it's good once I got back to Houston. She said checkout charge was $185 and they obviously didn't put gauges on the AC to check pressures. She couldn't even tell me what they did for $185. She called me back the next day and said good news, our main mechanic checked and it only needed to be recharged with Freon and it would only be $225. This place might be good if you get the right mechanic but for me it's a ripoff and seems like how they operate is shady. It seemed orchestrated. I can swap can an engine, do AC work and I do all my own maintenance. I only used them for convenience because I was going out of town. They were recommended by Robert Gruener of autotechtronics whom I trust. This owner used to work for him and I live just down the road. I guess they think we're all inept about automotive issues and can charge whatever they want because you don't know better. My AC still is not great so I'll fix it myself. My recommendation is to go somewhere else where you trust the mechanic and build a relationship. If you decide to use them hopefully you know enough about cars repair to call their BS!
