Farmers Insurance - Randall Rubeis

Mr. Randall Rubeis is GREAT! At our first conversation, he answered soooo many questions and gave us all our options. He was, and through the years, has continued to be so professional, very knowledgeable and helpful, never pushy, just absolutely helpful.....even with me not always being considerate of my times to contact him, and forgetting to get around to signing docs. He has become a completely trusted friend to us, even though my husband is typically skeptical and distrusting. We have or have had many changes with our insurance needs in the time with him including life, mortgage, RV and auto insurances. And we are not easy. We buy and sell all things and buy again. in the last 2 weeks we've bought 2 bought cars and it was easy...for us. We just call Randy and he always responds promptly and just takes care of everything. And if that's not enough his helper, Lee Ann Malina, is also terrific. I call her if I'm confused about payment schedules or changes, etc. She's also above board and so helpful, even emails me my schedules. Thank you so much Randy and Lee Ann. Farmers, you did good to find them!
