We were so pleased with The Service Master Century Company. This Company recently completed remodeling our home after we experienced two major water leaks. Their work reflected a new and refreshing look that made our home look even better. WATCH OUT I subcontracted for these guys and was almost finished w a job. All of the sudden after I financed this job w my own money they started making up problems. I was $20k deep w my own money and when I turned in my invoice they said they couldn't pay it. Unfortunately for their customer I have to put a lien on the property and sue the homeowners and the contracted company. I've given them a month to respond and even offered to settle so things don't go this far and I get no response. I'm just a little fish in an ocean and I've heard this is the norm w this company. I have an awesome law firm that is taking this, so wish me luck. A lot of people have suffered due to these guys unethical business practices and they could careless about that. I feel terrible about putting a lien on the homeowners property but just need to get paid. God bless these people and let's hope they can turn this business into an ethical one!!!!
