I have banked with Woodforest over 20 years now. We opened our account in Magnolia in 2002. While doing my banking this morning, I was reminded of the consistency of this branchs friendliness and top notch service. Michelle handled my banking today. She was very kind and highly efficient. Brett Sims and his staff make customer service job 1. Much appreciated. We are glad we chose this bank and are so excited about continuing our relationship.

Anne was amazing! Monka was just superb! Both of these ladies welcomed me to the branch office in Magnolia as If we had known each other for years. Truly making me (a potential client) feel welcome and SEEN. This was pivotal in my mind as I am learning to recognize the Woodforest Bank brand and make my decision on where my banking loyalty will lay. As I sat at the desk to ask about their products, Miss Monka greeted every single customer who came through the doors by FIRST name! I was truly impressed. The office vibe was great and very familial in co-worker interactions. I am so glad i finally decided to start banking with Woodforest Bank. The Olde Magnolia branch staff are a true blessing. Keep up the good work guys.
