Regions Bank

I have been Banking with Regions for over 20 years and with in the last 2 years my cards have been hacked and the Bank doesnt seem to care!! They are quick to add overdraft fees but not quick to help you with any issues!! I had to get a new card 11/16/2023 from the 6534 FM 1488, Magnolia, Texas 77354 location! Went out to their very small lobby at the ATM machine and got $40.00 dollars out then headed home!! On my way home I received an Alert that someone from Washington DC tried to take $20.00 from my account! I hadnt used my new card anywhere but the ATM at said location above! I called the Bank on 11/17/2023 after tracking down the correct working number and informed them of what happened! The man I spoke to didnt seem to care and didnt offer any apology for the incident! Its apparent these employees are only there for a paycheck and have no regards for their customers! That is a shame because its their customers that allow them to collect that paycheck they receive! I have decided that this incident was the one that broke the camels back! Im going to go to a better Banking Institution, one that cares about their customers! In fact, Im going right across the street from said location above to their Bigger and Better Competitor CHASE ! At least their reviews are way higher than a 1!! I wish I could give Regions a 0 because thats what they deserve to have! Thanks for nothing Regions I hope all your branches close down!!!!!!!

Management here helped me out a lot when my account was compromised. They worked very hard to close my old account and open me a new one, then transfer my money from one to another.
