DK folks are great, all of them. I tagged along with my brother to get a transmission leak fixed. Also, the transmission needed the tune changed. The tuner was there by appointment and changed it for us. Works great. Thanks For all your help. I highly recommend this business to repair your transmission. They have an allignment machine as well.

I received a request from DK Auto to leave feedback on my experience. This is my first time to ever leave any feedback on any platform, good or bad, and I have no clue why they would ask me to leave feedback after what I went through. I needed a clutch job on my truck. I brought print outs of the exact parts I wanted installed, with pricing from riff raff diesel listed on the print out. Daryl said they could order the parts, so I said great. I forgot to add a clutch fork to the list, so I ordered that directly and paid for it and had it shipped to DK. Stacy at DK informed me they ordered the rest of the parts on Amazon because they were cheaper than what Riff Raff Diesel costs were. The job was quick and I received a call telling me my truck was completed. I told them I was out of town and would pick up as soon as I got back in town, I asked for the invoice. Once the invoice was sent, the clutch kit cost was $1,904.80 on the invoice. The purchase price from Amazon was $952.40, per Stacy at DK, so this was initially 100% upcharge for them ordering it from Amazon instead of me. I sent Stacy a text back asking her to look at the cost, as it seemed extremely high. She sent a revised invoice for $1,456.00 and said that was the best they could do, which is still a 53% mark up for ordering the clutch kit. At this point I called Stacy to make sure I was understanding that correctly. She initially said that is what her system is calculating when putting in the costs. I asked what their mark up was for parts, and she told me 35%. I explained that if I had known that up front I would have just ordered the parts myself, like I did the clutch fork. At this point she could not answer my question as to why they were charging me now 53% mark up and not the 35%. She was obviously flustered and asked if I wanted Daryl to call me. I said sure. Daryl called a little while later, and immediately raised his voice at me, pretty close to yelling, and told me I was arguing about the price. I could not get a word in with this guy, but tried to explain that I had questions I wanted answers on and even that was hard to get across. He told me I needed to stop arguing and said "Do you go to McDonalds and order something then complain about the price? No!". At this point I realized this guy would argue with a brick wall and leave no room for response. I even asked him if I could speak at one point. The funny thing is Daryl, McDonalds doesn't mark you up 100% when you get to the window (and quite frankly McDonalds is not good for you so I don't eat there). I redirected the conversation because it does no good to argue with someone who has the keys to your truck. I picked my truck up, went in and paid Stacy, and asked if Daryl was around to speak with. She said sure let me grab him. He never came out of the shop into the office, so I just went out to my truck with the intention to leave. I looked it over and noticed the rubber boot on the shifter was not put back on appropriately. At that point I insisted Stacy get Daryl for me. Here comes Daryl, the 5' tough guy behind a phone, and I told him to fix the boot. He hopped in looked at it and told his mechanics (the two that walked out there with him) to fix it and went back in the shop. I ended up using their tools and took 30 minutes to fix it myself. A real long story short; the work was done timely and seems like it was done appropriately, other than their attention to detail on putting the shifter boot back on. The customer service is crap, and although I tend to always respect my elders, if Daryl would have spoken to me like that in person, off his property and with the keys to my truck back in my hand, that conversation would have gone a completely different direction. He needs to realize if people have questions he needs to answer them, and he can't speak to people the way he did. Future customers!!! Know exactly what you are getting into up front. Daryl, You have all my information and contact info if you need to reach me. Go slow and easy old timer
