Drove from Lockhart this morning, arrived at 10:15. Google says they are open from 8-12. No one is here. No sign. No one answers the phone. This is the second time Ive driven here ands they are closed with no explanation.

I ordered compost and had it delivered. Getting it set up was difficult at best. The lady answering the phone seemed like she either didn't really know what was going on, or would rather be doing anything other than talking with customers. The delivery day comes, my husband is home and directs the driver where to dump it. The driver doesn't listen, driving past the spot he was shown, and put it against the fence. I called and provided my card number to pay for the delivery. 2 days later I was finally charged. Then, here comes the fun part, 6 days after that, I was charged again! I called and left a message asking for the owner to call me. The 'office manager' instead called. Telling me the owner was out of town for a while. She took no responsibility for the double charge. She told me their credit card processor had made the mistake. She also informed me that even though she had been given the information to issue a refund, she didn't know who the people who were double billed were. Just the amounts. I told her she could have referenced her invoices with the amounts and dates and at least called to tell me they took the money again and I wouldn't see it back in my account for 5 days! She again took no responsibility. To sum it up, they don't care about their customers. There are LOTS of places to get materials from. Unless you have double the money to spend and want to be treated like trash...go elsewhere.

I was in the need of 40 yds of crushed limestone. I called them 3 times, no answer. I left 3 messages and have never received a call back. I don't know if 1 star is appropriate since I have never spoken with anyone.
