I have been searching for a rental/lease property and came across a property that I was very interested in! There was a sign in the yard "winston.propertyware" in reference to a rental property so I called and was told the property was already rented/leased. The Representative informed me that it was recently leased for $950 per month and also informed me that they needed to come and remove the sign. I said "WOW" that is exactly what I have been looking for and within the price range of my budget! We briefly talked and I informed her that no, I do not receive housing assistance. I told the Representative that I would keep the phone # and would contact them later in the month to see if they had anything added to their rental properties. So I continued searching for a lease/rental property. After about 2 weeks I returned to this area searching for a property and saw the rental sign still in the exact spot and still for rent! So again, I called. NOW THE PROPERTY IS 1,100 PER MONTH! ............REALLY! (***Updated 3/2/2 Brick House in Hudson ISD*** 161 Crosswood, Lufkin, TX 75904)......I copied this from their website ****** (yard sign for rental is still in the yard as of today) ****** Not only did the price of the rental increase but also the deposit increased as well! Thanks
