Ross motorsports did not provide good service,in fact after standing around for an hour,( we had to go eat lunch) and coming back,the same behavior. Finally after asking the parts employee if he could find us a salesman one of the employees heard that and jumped into action. Having just bought a brand new polaris at east Texas powersports,we decided. To return. And without any hiccups. Bought another new kawasaki. Motorcycle. Ross had this same bike ,used and more expensive than the new one.

My wife Sandra and I drove 8.5 hours to purchase a new 1910 G3 Sportsman, we did the deal over the phone with Nic, when we arrived we were met by him and a walk around was done, the service manger came out when over everting also met parts guy, then we met Scott the owner to do all the paper work. Ive bought 22 boats in last 11 years, this had to be by far the best buying experience we have had! It was worth the drive. Thanks for great service and deal!

This is purely from a sales point of view... After looking around for the past 14 days around the state I can confidently say Ross Motorsports has the highest prices in East Texas. I ended up going to Houston and finding the exact same boat (NEW) I've wanted for almost $4000 less than what they were selling. Purchased that unit and had no regrets. Its a little sad we gotta go 3 hours away to get a decent deal

Jason im sorry you did not get waited on promptly. as the owner i am on the showroom most of the time, if i am not with a customer myself . it is not my policy to ignore customers, so once again i apologize for you not getting promptly waited on. as to the kawasaki you mentioned , that is a consignment bike and we have requested the customer lower the price if it is not in line with market value . please ask for me anytime you need help and i will be happy to take care of you.
