Nothing short of life changing! I have always experienced anxiety in medical situations, and the condition I received services for at Woodland Heights Rehabilitation Center is of a sensitive nature. Nichole Chalas kindness, professionalism, and accepting nature made me feel comfortable immediately. She encouraged me to make changes that benefitted my overall health while always carefully explaining the reasons behind those changes. In addition to Ms. Chalas expertise, the generous office staff handled my challenging insurance issues, appointments, and check-ins like pros. The entire team at Woodland Heights Rehabilitation Center are superb!

Actually, it was my husband going to therapy for a swallowing problem. We were so impressed with Jennifer Peikert, speech pathologist. She was very professional while being very compassionate & educational. We were very pleased with how she explained everything, convincing Jim that she had confidence in the total program & that she could really help his swallowing issue. Very understanding & gifted in ability to challenge him to do his part also. He made wonderful progress & we both learned a great deal for the future of his therapy results. As we progressed, it was truly amazing! We highly recommend that everyone benefits from therapy. Everyone of the staff members were very good.

I was hesitant to seek speech therapy for my voice disorder, but am grateful I did. Jennifer Peikert, my speech language pathologist, was very knowledgeable and encouraging. She tailored the therapy to meet my personal needs and goals, provided me with useful tools, and was successful in helping me see some improvement in my vocal quality. The office staff, as well, were easy to speak to, warm and friendly. I highly recommend Mrs. Jennifer and this facility.

I had throat cancer and when I started to go see Jennifer Peikert I couldnt swallow at all. She worked with me and after about 3 sessions I could swallow water. And from that point on with her guidance I slowly begin to improve on my be able to swallow different kinds of food. She pushed me and helped me when I really wanted to quit. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone with a speech or swallowing problem. I rate Jennifer with 5 golden stars.
