Rented a Cat 301.7d mini ex for three days. First, they wanted to charge me an additional $250 "inconvenience fee" to have it delivered on a Saturday morning. Forget that. Agreed to have it delivered Friday afternoon. I have cameras all over the job site and never noticed that a delivery was made Friday. Called them Friday evening to ask if it had indeed been delivered. They assured me that it had been. I arrived Saturday morning at the location and the 301 was no where to be found. I got on the phone with them and they "pinged" the unit and found it about 1 mile from the correct location. Ok, I'm willing to get it and bring it to the job site (mind you I paid $300 'delivery' fee). After all that, the unit wouldn't start due to a dead battery. This store does not seem concerned for their customer nor have proper maintenance on their rental equipment. I will take my business elsewhere.

If I could put a negative I would! They will charge you for stuff they didn't they do in the service dept. After I paid them 2200.00 and it didn't fix it I took it to another shop to spend another 3000 and find out they did nothing they said. So look over and check your equipment. Ask for the old parts.
