I traded in a 15 year old Express in excellent condition. They gave me a very reasonable trade in value for it, I was very pleased. My wife and I was looking to purchase a 20 foot Sun Tracker pontoon boat. Kim the sales rep was very easy to work with. After a few days deciding exactly what we wanted. I changed my mine at the last minute, changing from a single axle trailer to a tandem axle trailer. Im sure Kim already had the paperwork ready, but she made it happen. She got the boat we wanted with a tandem axle. Kim was fantastic. My wife and I pick the boat up late Wednesday afternoon. While checking everything out that evening at home, I noticed an issue with the throttle. Planing on going to the lake the next morning, we thought oh no, it will take them days to get it fixed. I called Kim first thing the next morning. She said bring it in. I got there and they drop everything to fix the throttle issue so we could still make it to the lake that morning. If youre in the market for a boat, give them a chance.
