SmartStyle Hair Salon(Inside Walmart)

Called all day and Noone answered the phone. I'm an over the road truck driver just looking for a trim. Since Noone answered my call, I went to their website to see what time they close. The website says they close at 8pm, but I walked in at 6:32pm and the lady told me she was doing one more ladies hair and calling it a day. I would not recommend. 0 stars if it was an option.

Depending on your stylist, you can have a great or ok experience. There's a newer stylist with years of experience and she is amazing, wish I remembered her name. Gave my baby boy his first real haircut and did my girls bangs. We were so pleased my husband went back and she cut his hair also. The prices aren't very competitive though as far as cuts go. Be prepared to pay what you'd pay at most salons.

I arrived a few minutes early to be greeted with it will be an hour, when I said I had an appointment it changed to 20 or 30 minutes, what is the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait? They lost a customer.

I was charged 37.00 today for a haircut and a "spritz" of water to lay a "cow lick" down with a blow dryer. The service I PAID for was not given. I felt intimidated by the shop manager by her demeanor when I questioned the cost. I will NEVER go back.

Husband got his haircut this morning and it is absolutely the worst cut ever. And he is 67 years old. Stylist (and I use the term loosely) kept talking to other people and doing stuff on her phone and completely butchered his hair
