        This is a great property. Very clean, nicely equipped. Host is very communicative. The outdoor areas is what makes this property. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy with others. I re-booked this property before I checked out.

        My family and I stayed at The Copacabana and The Bung while visiting our sons who are Texas Tech students. We were there for a special occasion and this was perfect. Six of us stayed in The Copacabana and two more in The Bung. We had the perfect amount of rooms with lots of space for entertaining. The backyard was an awesome venue where we gathered with friends and family. The two homes were very clean and we had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. Beverly was the perfect host as well. The next time Im in Lubbock I will try to stay here.

        Beautiful home, wonderful place to live, and part of an amazing college experience! My home was extremely well cared for, the landlord exceeds expectations, she is attentive and easy to contact if needed. The neighborhood and home felt very safe.

        Went to Lubbock for a graduation, needed a place to host the family. The Island was the perfect place beautiful, clean and well kept.
