      image I have had multiple issues with the service department here. Very dishonest and making an appointment means nothing. A simple service (oil change, etc) can take hours!!! I had an 8:00 appointment for tire rotation and oil change. Went to pick up at noon and it was not started. Went back at 5:30 and they stated it was done. I marked my tires before going. When picking up, I notice the tires had not been moved. When asked what they did they stated oil change and tire rotation. I think they were shocked when I showed them the pictures I had of where the tires were when I dropped them off. How do I know the oil was even changed? I do not recommend this service department at all!!
