I have owned Honda autos for over 40 years. Bought 4 of them from Frank Brown. Received good pricing. FBs service department has always been over priced and overselling. I do not use their service department unless it is warranty work. Negotiate a good deal then have your new Honda worked on at a reputable and reliable auto shop

Great dealer I worked with Rick Lara who was amazing. I live in El Paso so everything was over the phone he FaceTimed me to show me the truck no issues and gave me numbers no markups no added stuff I just wanted the truck and they gave me exactly what I wanted just tax and doc fees. Not only where they fast with the numbers he met me half way same day to deliver the truck amazing guy he mis it happen. Mind you I called them at 3pm Saturday that night I had the truck by 8pm signed and delivered. Best dealer I have ever done business with if you shop he talk to Rick he will get the job done and go above and beyond.
