4-14-22 WARNING- BEWARE- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AFFORDABLE TRAILERS - Joe and Anthony are cheats and liars. I haul vehicles for auto dealers in Lubbock. I paid 9,000.00 cash to have this trailer built and was told it had a 1 year warrany. I paid for 15 2x6 treated boards and they only put 13 and a half on which left huge spaces between the boards. They started warping really bad and the screwa started popping out. I was very polite to them and they told me to get off their property No Warranty. I was very polite but Anthony turned into a monster whenever I reminded him of what he said was warranted.I had previously given them a 5 star but now I see how they really are after being paid in cash. They always come up with a reason to not take care of the issue. You will not be happy after the sale.

Outstanding people, they built our trailer the way we wanted it and always kept us informed during the build!!! i highly recommend them for ur trailer needs!!

This establishment has huge problems with honesty and Time lines. I have bought multiple trailers from them in the past 10 yrs they have rarely provide product in the promised time frame. Their office lady is a horrible person. She fights ag registration with a vengeance. I'm still not sure how a hay trailer isn't ag, but she's convencied it's not. If she had a shorter Bob haircut her name would be Karen! Joe attempts to be a good individual but is continually screwed by Anthony and the other sales guys. All and all I'd rather sit on a red hot poker than buy another trailer From these folks.
