Genesis Thrift Store

Made sure to make it to the store during open hours that are posted. Called to ask to open the doors for donation and assistance, was told they would be just a minute. Waited 30 minutes and watched the last of the people come out the front and lastly was the person who must have taken my call look at my car and lock up and leave. Donate elsewhere.

Called ahead to make sure I could donate clothing and was given a time to be here. Got here and called again to let them know I was waiting. 30 minutes go by and know one comes out to greet me. Very disappointing to realize I wasted my time because the staff clearly left. I will be donating to other places in Lubbock.

I'd give it no stars if possible due to there lack of communication on hours of operation and false hours listed when looking them up on Google.

I have been there 3 times during business hours and they are closed.

People that work there are so nice! Store is clean, organized and easy to shop.
