        Lookup the definition of "fictive" in the dictionary and then answer me this.....how and why is a state agency allowed to withhold withhold child from her mother and put her with "fictive kin". This is after a 100% illegal "emergency removal" and an innocent 5 year had to stay at the children's home.....less than a year after her father had passed away. They then withheld all contact and communication for FIVE YEARS! this is unexceptable!!!!!
