        They don't care for people. Their rude. And it's uncalled for. When people are just trying to get by. If they have enough to to ignore me and fool around in the office when I stop by. Then they have enough time to help others with what they want so they can leave. We have lives too. Not just them.

        I wouldn't even give them one star! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. To even talk with someone, you're on hold for at least an hour and half, and you still don't get a live representative. They are also incompetent at doing their job. Something as important as providing resources to families and individuals in need DHS here in Lubbock is absolutely pathetic in every way imaginable.!
