Walked out without purchasing what I wanted because they refused to ring up the purchase with an email or mailing address. I just wanted shoe not your advertising. Wasn't worried about returns as store was 3 hours away. Will never go back.

So I made an online order for a pair of Converse for my son and a pair of Timberland boots for myself as I had an event coming up and needed them asap. I go to pick up my order and the girl at the register checked to make sure the converse were correct but not the boots. I get home and open the Timberland box, pretty excited I might add cause Ive been wanting that particular pair for a while, but when I look in the box theres tennis shoes in there. And a pair of tennis shoes that Ive never even seen before, couldnt even tell you the brand. And they had been worn a while. Well I go back to the store and show them the disappointment that I had. Now I was under the impression that I could get another pair even if its not the same exact ones and it be an even trade. Well they didnt have anymore of the ones I wanted so I picked another pair. I go to check out and the price difference is like $90 and I was told they wouldnt swap them out. They didnt even offer a discount or anything, didnt even attempt to work with me even though it was their screw up!! Needless to say, I will never shop at DSW ever again. And that goes for all my friends and family as well. So disappointing; do better DSW before yall dont have a customer base at all!!!!
