Our aim is to address your concerns and offer clarity in response to the points raised in your review.To begin, in reference to your recently updated lease agreement, a document that required a comprehensive acknowledgment through a series of eight initials and signatures on your part, it is outlined within the section titled "Special Addendum to TSSA Rental Agreement," specifically within the subsection denoted as "$10 Incentive Rate for Maintaining Active Credit Card." The initial sentence of this section clearly states that a $10 incentive rate applies to accounts that maintain an active credit/debit card on file and whose monthly payments run on autopay. If an active card is not maintained on the account, your rate will go up by $10. These sections provide a comprehensive explanation of our policies and procedures, ensuring complete transparency and consistency.Our manager informed you that if you choose not to maintain an active card on file, which results in opting out of autopay, your rate would increase by $10, leading to the loss of your autopay incentive. Therefore, by selecting autopay, your account retained the autopay incentive, ultimately sparing you an extra $10 in expenses each month.Upon thorough review of the recorded interaction between yourself and our manager, we believe our manager made a genuine effort to provide a clear explanation. It's worth noting that due to inherent phone delays within our phone system, conversations can occasionally appear as though they overlap. Regrettably, the circumstances at the time prevented our manager from offering a more detailed explanation, as your conversation seemed to overlap his. Importantly, we want to clarify that at no point in the recorded interaction did our manager raise their voice or yell, as we strive to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all communications.If you have any further questions about your lease agreement, or any other concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our office.
