Very rude company, I just talked to a Sales Rep on the phone and he "hung up" on me. I was not even able to say "goodbye" The Sales Rep said "Get someone else". I can not believe this company didn't even care or take the time to listen! Disrespectful! I hope they treat other people better. This is not the time to be discourteous.

Very unprofessional! And liars. They leave wires hanging everywhere and took my instructions to the receiver I bought from them so I would have to call them back out $$. Had to get the owner to clean up all the BS. Will never use again

Mason and Charles are fantastic, they've solved all my problems every time Ive asked them to come out and never had to have them come back twice for a related issue!
