I recently bought a used Rv in Lubbock, after I bought this camper,I discovered it had many issues. I spoke to the General Manager and explained my issues and how upset I was with the camper He listened to my complaints and said he would make things right, and he would take care of my issues .I returned the camper and he was understanding and so was many of the staff,who also help me with this camper The staff apologize to me and was upset and embarrassed that the camper was not checked over better before it was placed on the lot. The General Manager did make things right as he said he would and I was able to get a new camper. Thank you to the staff and General Manager for making this issues corrected.

Horrible service. Over priced trailers. Have spent $1,000 in repairs to fix the trailer. Sold us an extended warranty that hasn't paid. 4th water leak in the trailer, completed flooded the trailer and they are asking me to drive the trailer to Lubbock. The trailer is completely soaked, no way it can be pulled down the highway. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Looks like it has gotten worse since we bought the trailer, alot of 1 star reviews in the last couple months. Camping World , no need to send the standard "we apologize, please contact our office" response.

They only good for selling new rv's but they are the worst selling parts even helping you to get any parts for you rv. They greet your coming but they are rude or don't help you or advice you trying to get what you need
