Tony and Jay, with The Roofer Direct, were professional, considerate, and informative. They gave us a detailed packet containing credentials and brochures on the GAF shingles. We received our estimate within a short time, and communication with Tony concerning further details about our roof was good. He answered emails and calls. We were put on the priority list due to a leak, and the roof was installed a lot sooner than we thought it would be. My roof was replaced in 2018. Sterling was great in walking me through all the options and the warranty. Scott the owner called me to schedule a check after a hail storm as I was still under warranty. Today Tony came out and checked everything. You cant beat the professionalism and care they show their customers.
