        Lubbock Property Services will tell you they are going to pull permits for work needed and never end up pulling permits making you have to have someone else correct their work that you paid for

        THE BEST people to work with!! I cant say enough about Mark and his team of amazing humans. They are prompt, efficient, incredibly talented, and some of the kindest people Ive ever met. I felt completely overwhelmed by this whole process, but they made it very simple and continue to go above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. My only wish is that they did other things like electrical work and car repair so that I could get to work with them for more things than just my roof Services: Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof damage repair

        Lubbock Property Service installed a new roof for us, and they did a great job. It didnt take them long either. They had previously done some painting for us that turned out great too. Every time they do anything for us, they do awesome and dont waste any time. Services: Interior painting, Roof installation

      Hey, Trey. Sorry you had to deal with the city on this. We did pull a permit and promptly completed the work months ago for you. Unfortunately, the permit has expired. As the property owner, you had a few months to call in for an inspection before the permit expired.
