Luis and his crew did a Fantastic job installing my new roof a couple of months ago! He came out a few times prior to the roof being put on, as well as after it was completed to make sure everything was to my liking! He also made sure my new gutters were also installed to my liking and up to his standards as well. I would recommend Luis Menjivar over at Schraeder Roofing to take care of anyone's roof needs in this area! Any roof issues that arise in the future, he's the only guy I will need to get it taken care of!

Luis and his crew
replaced my roof last summer. First
He found a leak in the bedroom and repaired it until it could be roofed. The roof was completed in one day on the hottest day of 2023 and was perfect!
He did all the paperwork and went to
bat for me with the insurance company to get the most possible benefits. He found gutter service and followed up on their work also.
I am totally satisfied with the work and the follow up provided. I have referred him several times.

Schrader Roofing & Rep Luis Menjivar are absolutely fantastic! Luis checked my roof, spotted a leak the first roofing company missed, & unselfishly took the time to patch the damage for free. Luis answered all of my questions honesty, met my insurance adjuster as they examined the roof, & immediately completed the replacement w exceptional service & quality backed by an unconditional warranty. These guys are second to none & now I have the best roof in my neighborhood!!! A++++ to this entire team!!!!!!!

I recently had my roof replaced due to hail damage. Luis from Schrader was my contact. This company goes above and beyond to get the job done quickly and done right! Luis discovered that my bathroom vents weren't even connected so they were just blowing the moist air right into the insulation!! These people fixed the short cuts another roofing company had taken and they did it right!! I would recommend them 100 times over!! Use this company if you want it done right!!
