      The lease is a standard lease from the state of Texas and it is the tenant responsibly to keep the premises clean ,the notice was given from the tenant as the lease expired and they said they are moving out and we worked with them on the date, they even overstayed the time by 3days at no charge, the tenant has not lived to their responsibilities under the lease, the place was not cleaned and the yard was not cleaned and it had a dirty filter in the air conditioner.so it was not the lease it is the tenant. If the tenant does not retract this review , we will make sure that this does not happen to another place.
