Slide North Apartments

Tried to apply and lease for hours on their website for multiple units and constantly got errors or the apartment wasnt found even though the units were still listed on the website. When I called earlier that day one of the workers had told me that it I had to do everything online and that the website would be fine to do so. I ended up losing all the units I was interested in and so I called the next day to tell them what happened and all they could tell me was that they were sorry and that someone beat me to it. Horrible website and customer service.

I LOVE SLIDE NORTH!!! This place is really the best complex in all of Lubbock. I've been here Since May 1st 2023 and I'm ready to share my experience. I was searching for a property that was handicap friendly apartment and I'm so glad I finally scored a lease here. So much thanks to Natasha Johnson (leasing agent) for her work to get me situated here! *The property it so impressive and really large. 1 & 2 bedrooms are spacious and very modern, and they even have an option for private yard! My favorite part of my apartment is my kitchen island. Both of my bedroom closets are walk in, and I have so much storage space in my unit, which is important for families. However, they have different floor plans and optional upgrades. My apartment only has 1 adjoined neighbor above me, as the breezeway separates lateral units .I was concerned about noise but I'm glad to report the design has made it minimal. The dog park, gym and walking trails are kept neat, but I'm obsessed with the pool! So much room for lounging in the water, chillin in cabanas or just tannin and it never feels crowded! I love that its gated and parking has not been an issue. There is also a Club house available for use. It is an amazing entertaining space (98 capacity i think) , I just booked it for a memorial for my father. *The location of the property super convenient. Its located near Loop 289 so easy access to get across town. Richard Lopez park is to the North of my building, and I love have a giant park literally across the street from my spot. My kid loves to go for walks and its tucked away so there isn't too much traffic to worry about. The ultimate plus for me is the new Filipino caf just around the corner, Lucy's Treats. (pls see that review also!) There is also two new gas stations in either direction of Slide as well as a CVS. *Staff are really wonderful here. Natasha &b Desiree in the leasing office are sweet & very helpful! They always answer any questions I have and make me feel like just a friend in the neighborhood. Maintenance crew is always hard at work and my service calls are always promptly answers. *I feel incredibly welcomed in the community. So many dog lovers, young professionals like myself, and families reside here. The cost of living in this "luxury" apartment is totally worth the amenities for me. So overall , I can't express how happy I am with my new place! #SlideNorth
