True Asset Property Management

This company is horrible. Do not rent from them. They had a horrible mice problem didnt even mention this before we moved in. We had two rooms that felt let saunas and refused to fix them. I asked over and over for our stripping to be fixed due to the air seeping through in December its now March and still hasnt been fixed. They dont care about anyone but their rent money. They are the most ridiculous company Ive ever rented from.

In the beginning, True Asset was wonderful. When Sherry was there, they were on top of the maintenance issues, and Alex was an exceptional maintenance worker. They took care of things promptly from the start. My last experience with them left a very bad taste in my mouth and I no longer recommend using them. From the broken AC in August to the mushrooms and mold growing all around the apartment that they tried to blame me for, it took me exactly one day to find a new better place due to the mold that was making me ill-and I have doctors who will back this up.

The first couple years I lived here were hard because of bad management, but the new management has been so much better. I especially appreciate Rick, the maintenance guy. He is a consummate professional and a hard worker who does whatever it takes to get the job done.
