        Unable to get customer service we were expecting. Last time we were there it was very different. It was suggested we try Frankford store. Not clear why we would need to go to a second store...one has customer service and one doesn't? Will try SW directly on Mon.

        Wow after reading the reviews Im glad Im not the only one that thinks these employees are rude!!! I cant believe the managers see the reviews and wont change anything? Especially after spending so much money in this place and to get treated like we are a burden!!!???? Elizebeth was so rude I couldnt even think it was real I thought it was a joke!? Its her place to help people and she had a attitude the entire time!
