Super friendly and great to work with. I had some UPSs I needed to recycle and they were very helpful considering it was 8 of them. Sorry again for not dusting them off before I dropped them off but thank you for recycling them for me!

The people here are knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I had a bit of an unusual problem, and while their work didn't solve the issue, due to other larger issues with the device, they were professional, quick, and approachable. I would highly recommend.

Website says theyll buy any device no matter the damage even for parts. Laptop just had a cracked screen and wouldnt take.

Overall bad experience. Went in for a simple speaker replacement and they ended up breaking my screen which previously never had any damage. They then replaced it with what the manager later called "their cheapest screen", which was terrible! The colors were off and the screen would freeze and stop working until I reset my phone. I had to keep the screen for 6 days so I was basically without a phone. They didn't offer a partial refund or discount or anything. They said they're actually doing me a favor because the screen they were replacing (that they broke in the first place) was top of the line and expensive. WILL DEFINITELY NEVER USE EXPERTECH AGAIN!
