The staff and nurses are friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Hidalgo takes his time to answer any questions you or your family may have about the wound care. He actively tries to heal the wound and get the patient back to their healthy self as fast as possible. He and his staff truly care and are always there to help.

Having an issue that warranted the care of a wound specialist, by accident I ended up at Dr. Hidalgo's Carenomics wound care unit. I did have prior knowledge of his capabilities and work/care, as I had accompanied a family member with diabetic wounds on several different occasions. I was referred to another wound care specialist in the same area of town, and thought it was the same location as Carenomics. I arrived and was told I was at the wrong location, but they did have an open slot if I chose to stay. Knowing all I do from the trips with my dad, and the positive outcomes, I elected to stay with Carenomics. I can tell you without hesitation that Dr. Hidalgo is at the top of his game on many aspects. Wound care in my opinion is as important as any other specialty. From the time you walk through the door, until the time you leave, you are treated with smiles, and respect, which is hard to come by with lots of burned out physicians offices. Dr. Hidalgo's knowledge of wound care is amazing and he has the ability to talk and communicate with his patients on a level that they can understand. It's obvious that they appreciate my business and Lubbock is lucky to have a doctor with the many necessary traits and skills needed for positive patient outcomes and peace of mind. I highly recommend Carenomics for any wound or burn care you may need.

My daughter's PCP recommended Dr. Hidalgo and I was very pleased. Him and his staff are so nice and very helpful. Whatever I needed for my daughter they made sure I received it. Although I am glad my daughter is healed I will miss them. Usually I love the doctor and the office staff are not very accommodating. Well, in this instance I love the staff and the doctor. I think other doctor's offices should visit this office and take notes on how to provide good customer service. Thank you all for all you did in my daughter's healing process!!!!

Dr. Hildago is the best wound care doctors in Lubbock! He is caring, he is takes time to explain things if you have questions and if you need him after hours all you have to do is call and he personally calls you back! What doctor does that these days! I tell you Dr Hildago does!! He also loves to wear crazy socks! His office staff is amazing! They always greet you by name and are always so friendly! Angie is absolutely fabulous! The nursing staff is knowledgeable and always explains what they are doing and will go above and beyond to make you comfortable! We love this doctor and his whole staff!
