        The doctors and staff are really kind. Been coming here for a long time BUT every visit has a wait of over an hour to see the Dr. Waited over 30 min in the lobby and another 30 min in the room. We will be finding another pcp. We should be able to charge Drs for making us wait.

        Staff is rude and not helpful we had a 1 o'clock appointment and doctor Dalton left and 1pm it's not 1:40 and he still hasn't came to see us very unprofessional and certainly not reliable

        Ive been coming here for my kids for at least 4 years for my kiddos as David Gray is my kids pcp. However for as long as I can remember the head receptionist has got to be the rudest person Ive ever met. Shes incredibly direct, no smiling, no greeting, no anything. Just seems incredibly rude. Not meant to get anybody in trouble but I feel like medical staff should be a little more friendly. Especially for parents with sick kiddos. They are going through enough.
