        Wow!! Thoroughly impressed with this place! It was my first visit there, and a very good experience as a whole! Ive never had such a quick visit as a walk in anywhere in this town. Staff was all very courteous. Doctor was great. Got what I needed and got out.

        I'm new to Lubbock so I don't know if an a facility calling themself an Urgent Care is open only Monday thru Friday is right. but beyon that the check in staff are less then friendly. they ask you what is your reason for wanting to see the doctor? (is this something you should not do) and what are your symptoms? If you have a head ach you can't see DR if you have a cough you can't come in, if you have a fever you can come in! So as I see it if you are sick in any way you can't see the DOCTOR, AT THIS URGENT CARE.

        I have been seeing Dr Henderson for several years now, and his staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Henderson is very compassionate and caring and always treats me with respect. He is always willing to explain anything to me I ask about. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.
