Good people from salesman Deveron who is great with customer service to the business office (finance) Jared. If you are in the market for a new or preowned car go see Deveron. Service people are great too which I took my 2006 Lincoln Town Car there when I had Air & will do the same with my 2017 Lincoln Continental. Since I have had my Lincoln & when I make a service appointment on the app for pick up and delivery nobody shows plus as a benefit owning a Lincoln I'm suppose to get a loaner but that never happens as well.

Be carful they well flat out lie to get you in to there store. Had use drive two hours after telling us deal was done and to come get the vehicle. Then whole different story. When they got caught used car manger was supper rude.

Terrible experience . Stay away from this dealership . Sales people are very rude and condescending. Yes the GM did apologize to me but I would like an apology from the sales guy that I had the initial conversation. Also , if you are not doing face to face assistance you need to supply signs at your establishment so people dont waste their time
