Posting this review while waiting on hold for the second time. The first time, I was informed the wait time was 5 minutes. Still on hold after 20 minutes so I selected the option to a callback. The system informed me that my request couldn't be processed and hung up on me. This time, the wait was supposed to be 2 minutes. It's been 10 and still no human contact. I could pay online, however they take three days to process the debit so I thought this may be quicker. It is not. I can't speak for any other aspect of their business, but their customer service is hot garbage. Do not recommend

Not a good place to work, not even decent I highly discourage anyone from applying. This place is so toxic and the boss plays favorites. If you are not part of the in group then you are not cared about and even disposable. Some employess are overloaded with work and are expected to complete it in an unreasonable amount of time. If you complain to eith the office manager or the boss you're told they'll look into it but nothing actually gets done. Also, the boss can't keep his employees in line with a lot of employees doing whatever they want, i.e. playing on their phones instead of working, no call no shows, people showing up sometimes 3 hours late. Its no wonder they go through employees like it's nothing. How I made it as long as I did is a miracle.
