I had a major leak from my control valve box that was running into the alley way; I called another company that's a franchise in town and they asked me a series of inconsequential questions about my irrigation system and we're rather rude on the phone, as well as could not tell me when someone could come out to help me. I called Jay and he came out within about 30 minutes along with his team. He explained to me exactly why the component had failed and was explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it that way which was super helpful so I could understand. I can't say enough good things about them and they superseded my expectations a couple times over! A phenomenal local company with even better people!

Five stars for the sprinkler system, the tutorial on the controller box, the installation, and the decomposed granite done in place of the grass on the street side of the sidewalk. Also, five stars for the install crew. However, you should hope you don't need anything at all once they are done at your house -- one star for service after the fact. I had to threaten to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before I could get a response from the owner regarding warranty work. I even tried to give the guy more business with a flagstone job in my backyard, but I never got the quote I was promised, he did not answer the phone, and he would leave me on read with the texts. At this point, if anything fails or breaks, I will be using YouTube and fixing it myself instead of wasting my time trying to contact the owner. As I said, the sprinkler functions perfectly and the decomposed granite looks good, but once they leave your property, you might not ever be able to get hold of anyone again.

I've used Jay and his team several times in the past few years.  They really know sprinklers and do a great job from complete installs to difficult repairs.
