After taking 3 weeks last year and poor communication, I went ahead and decided to give them another chance this year. Big mistake! I contacted them the first week of November to set a date. He said hed get to it. The next week, I asked for an actual date abs he scheduled me on Wednesday Nov, 17th. Never showed up so I asked if they were coming, he said tomorrow, no show, no communication again. Friday, I had to call from my daughters phone so he would answer, he did and said we were next. They never came. After having to get my husband to call, he said he would try the next week. Mind you, they are in possession of our lights, we are not using theirs. I asked all weekend if they would just return my lights so I could hire someone and he said on Monday. Here it is Monday and no lights. I finally texted him that I was going to file a consumer complaint to the Attourney generals office if they do not bring my lights to me. He finally responded saying they are bringing them and then stated no one wants for old fashion lights we have no use for them we just have not had the time to get them to you and accused me of not paying which is incorrect. Payment was made to them by check prior to installation. He just seems to try to come up with something.
I highly recommend NOT using this company. Other perplexed that had used them in the past warned me but I went ahead and tried to give them yet another chance. Never again Oh yea still havent returned my lights.

We needed several trees pruned and one tree removed. Grant Williams, the owner is nothing short of a tree artist! He was also very reasonable in his prices. There were many tight spaces he had to work around and he didnt damage anything and cleaned up well before he left. If we need more trees trimmed we will be giving him a call again as he is top notch!
