We had the best experience at Zap+Soul today! My daughters needed pieces re-welded, but I didnt know if theyd be willing to do so, since we hadnt gotten the pieces from them. But not only did Patrick say they could re-weld the jewelry, but he did it for free! He also polished the pieces they were wearing, added a link for my youngest daughters bracelet, and gave us all cleaning cloths for our jewelry! So pleased- they have a beautiful space and are truly kind and welcoming. Thank you Patrick and Zap+Soul!

This place is AWESOME! Last Mother's Day, my daughters, granddaughter and I all got bracelets at ZAP AND SOUL COLLECTIVE. Nearly a year later, the bracelets are still beautiful. I had to get my bracelet sized down. I walked in just as they were opening today, and the resizing was done within minutes, all with a smile, and at no charge. Zap is the place to go for jewelry! They have permanent jewelry as well as other options of great quality. The service was top notch and very friendly. Highly recommend!
