There were 5 team members helping customers when u walked in. I get checked in and they all dissappear...I was in a hurry after waiting 15 min with only one other customer already being helped i decided to leave..I dont know why i even bother coming to this location. I always end up having to go to the other location on the loop. ZERO stars if i could..changing provider soon

This T-Mobile location is straight up Awesome! This is where my family, & I came to recommit our contracts, and they are so easy to communicate with. They help with pretty much any concern, guidance(s), and reward(s) on T-Mobile Tuesdays! Got my new sunglasses, with Eclipse lens, in less than 5min. The T-Mobile gentleman was very courteous, provided awesome instructions, and handed them over to me! This location is Top Notch, & SO Much better than the T-Mobile off Loop 280, before getting to Slide Rd. That T-Mobile rep told me that they did not get any sunglasses, and immediately dismissed me even coming into the store. Ive always Disliked that store. Even when they were a Sprint store before the conversion.
