Please see my husbands post below. Their response that our concerns/warranty issues were taken care of, is inaccurate. A FEW of the MANY items were not taken care of. We still have a small punch list and they just quit responding even during our 1 year warranty period. Our master closet was never fixed, the wood is different lengths and will snag you if you're not careful. They never painted anything that was missed prior to move in. They never installed the seat in the master shower that is clearly on our list of items INCLUDED in the home. I don't even think the shower is the right size to include the seat. (At the time of closing I was down with COVID & my husband was stressed over his concern for me and trying to do walk through/closing at the same time which is the only reason he missed this HUGE item.) Despite the fact they EMAILED us a list of things included in our home they did not include some of them and fought to include the few things they did come take care of. When I pointed out the fireplace wasn't even finished as it was missing trim/paint I was told "that's an easy fix you can do yourself." SERIOUSLY? The sod they installed wasn't maintained between the time it was laid and closing. It ended up being full of MOLD and we had to pay to have it taken up and replaced. It never took root, it picked up as easily as if it had just been laid down. WORST home builder I've ever dealt with and I've been dealing with builders for decades. RUN away from this builder!

I love my home. Homemakers did a great job. Juan and his team have responded promptly to repair the few minor things that came up this year.
