I dropped in today and I just have to say, Paladin has something special going on. The place was so clean, the coach was clear and well spoken and the workout kicked my butt. Great job, Paladin!! Ill be back again next time Im in town!!

I started CrossFit before college in my small hometown with only one gym. A few years ago, I was very nervous to attend a new gym knowing absolutely no one (in the gym and in Lubbock in general). I bounced around to many different CF gyms around town, and while they are all great, CrossFit Paladin has a community that is like no other. This has been a safe place for me throughout college and Ive met some of the most amazing friends and mentors through this gym. Not only do we see each other almost daily at the gym, we often have social gatherings, dinners, celebrations, etc. CrossFit Paladin is truly a family! Come join us!!

If you are brand new to CrossFit or an avid goer then I highly recommend this gym! Amazing coaches and an amazing community to be apart. You will feel welcomed when you walk through the door. There is ample gym space, nice facilities, and kids space for children to hang while you workout. Give it a try!
